Unique Hammond is a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, an Integrative Health Coach, Bean Protocol Specialist, and the author of Your Tastebuds are A**holes. Her approach to health coaching came after years of feeling unwell. She eventually healed herself using food and respecting her body.
After years and years of struggle with Crohn’s and other health issues, Unique came across the Bean Protocol. With nothing else to lose, she gave it a try – with astounding results. The soluble fibre in beans, it turns out, can do things that some people might call magical.
