Today we welcome Chloe Maleski to Health Coach Radio. Chloe is a mindset and mental performance coach supporting professional, collegiate, and high school athletes with mental fortitude, cognitive performance, stress management, and mindfulness. As a former Division I scholarship runner at Duke University, she continues to walk the talk as a competitive athlete. She brings a unique breadth of experience to her coaching that expands beyond her clinical expertise and personal experience as an athlete. While earning her Masters in Psychology at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, she worked as a personal trainer and at the Primal Health Coach Institute in order to further her knowledge of the strong connection between mind and body which allows her to provide clients with a holistic approach to wellbeing and performance. Chloe understands the importance of cultivating a championship mentality, resilience, and mental strength, and has created a best-in-class program dedicated specifically to athletes who want to optimize their performance. In today’s episode, we discuss the journey that led her to support young athletes, fostering the whole human, what mental skills training is, vulnerability as a strength, and how she works with her clients one-on-one. Chloe is a perfect example of how to use your experience to build a health coaching practice that you love. Tune in and be sure to let us know what you think!
