Today we are welcoming back Mark Sisson. Mark is the author of The Primal Blueprint, Primal Endurance, and The Keto Reset Diet, among several other books. He is also the founder of Primal Kitchen Foods and Primal Health Coach Institute. This episode is part one of a two-part series on fitness. But not just any fitness, Primal Fitness! Mark was a world champion endurance athlete until he realized that the way he was feeding and treating his body was mismatched from what his human DNA was expecting. Rather than taking on the "no pain, no gain" mentality, Mark's Primal Fitness approach involves the very fundamentals of human movement.
