Like many, Jen Zetterstrom took her yo-yo dieting ways from childhood into adulthood, and lived a life riddled with chronic stress, rapid weight gain, autoimmune issues, and eczema. After seeing many doctors, a naturopath put her on a primal-style eating plan. After one year, she’d lost 80 pounds and reversed her health conditions.
Then for a little while she went back to stress eating, but it wasn’t too long before she found the primal community, and became confident that she could sustain a primal and paleo lifestyle.
She joined the Primal Health Coach Institute to get the foundation and credentials she needed to help other people make the same huge transformations in their lives. Now she’s operating a niche health coaching business helping stay-at-home moms fit nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices into their busy schedules.
